Blair and Keith’s Wedding

On Saturday, I photographed Blair and Keith’s incredible wedding. Every detail was seen to by Blair, Angela (mother of the bride), and their wedding planner, Kathy Higgins. Truly, it was one of the most visually stunning weddings I have ever had the privilege of photographing.

Blair wore a stunning Monique Lhuillier gown covered in organza petals. Her bouquet was bursting with sparkle and sweet smelling gardenias. And, her shoes were perfect – Manolo’s with white feathers across the toes.

The couple was married in the beautiful San Francisco City Hall by Mayor Gavin Newsom and Rabbi Ira Book. The Pacific Boy’s Choir sang along to the processional that included the couple’s many nieces and nephews. After the ceremony, Fred Ross from the Dick Bright Orchestra sang “Lovely Day” as Blair and Keith walked back down the aisle, now as husband and wife.

When the couple exited City Hall with their guests, lion dancers and drummers greeted them. After a short performance, the lion dancers lead the guests across the park to the Asian Art Museum for the reception.

During the reception, many heartfelt toasts were spoken by friends and family. Between toasts and dancing to the Dick Bright Orchestra, Paula LeDuc catering served a delicious meal for the 170 guests.

After cutting their stunning cake from Perfect Endings and a toast from the couple, everyone danced the rest of the night away to one of LA’s hot DJ’s – DJ Mi$ter Be$t.
