Carla and Marc’s Wedding
Yesterday I photographed Carla & Marc’s wedding. What a wonderful day it was!
They were wed at Mission Delores with 300 guests looking on. Carla wore a gorgeous gown from Unique Bridal (www.uniquebride.com). She personalized the gown with a custom sash that was pined in the back with her grandmother’s broach. In her bouquet she carried a locket with her father Carlo’s photo in it.
Carlo’s best friend, Mino, drove Carla and Marc to their reception in his classic yellow and white 1956 Hudson. They arrived at the Lakeside Olympic Club (www.olyclub.com) just in time for the clouds to start clearing. After several wonderful toasts from friends and family, cutting the cake, & a wild bouquet toss, Rich Martini’s band (www.martinistraightup.com) kicked off the dancing. While some guests danced the night away, others lounged on the balcony smoking handmade cigars by Renee of Just Easy Cigars (a surprise for Marc from Carla).

Bride is radiant. Couple look like movie stars. I love the combination of color and black and white. These are the most spectacular wedding photos I’ve ever seen. Can’t wait to see more.
